A bell draws them to Ceres, a bizarre town where the inhabitants behave strangely, and the only contact with the outside world is a short-wave radio owned by a mysterious local rancher, Matthew (Chuck Norris). Controlled by an immortal being, Joshua Ravel (Marshall Teague), the townspeople plot to fulfill an ancient prophecy of sacrifice, and the three friends -- armed only with their faith -- face evil itself to save the innocents.
